Job Summary
Provide direct, hands-on dialysis care to patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient clinic under RN supervision. Responsibilities include monitoring patients before, during, and after treatment; setting up and maintaining dialysis equipment; recording vital signs and patient data; educating patients on treatment and kidney health; and collaborating with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and the care team. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent), comfort around blood and needles, physical ability to work long shifts, and flexibility to float between local clinics. Required Qualifications
