Job Summary
Provide hands-on dialysis care under RN supervision to patients with end-stage renal disease in outpatient clinics. Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis treatment; monitor patients before, during, and after treatment; set up and maintain dialysis equipment; record vital signs and patient data; educate patients on treatment and kidney health; collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members. This role supports ongoing patient care, training opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Accredited High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
- Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
- Willing to float between local clinics if needed
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience
