Job Summary
Provide direct dialysis care for patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient clinic under RN supervision. Deliver safe, hygienic dialysis, monitor patients before/during/after treatment, set up and maintain dialysis equipment, record vital signs and patient data, educate patients on treatment and kidney health, and collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members. Requires a high school diploma/GED-equivalent; comfortable with blood/needles; ability to work long shifts; willingness to float between local clinics; flexible scheduling including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Preferred certifications in CNA, MA, CHT, or phlebotomy, or relevant healthcare experience.
Required Qualifications
- Accredited High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
- Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
- Willing to float between local clinics if needed
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience
