Patient Care Technician

Direct patient care as a Patient Care Technician focusing on dialysis, working with dialysis RNs to deliver safe, comfortable care for patients undergoing hemodialysis. Per diem role with at least one shift weekly (Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays) at DaVita dialysis centers. Responsibilities include direct one-on-one patient care, monitoring and recording stats, machine setup, and collaboration with cross-functional team members to ensure dialysis treatment stays on track. Requires completion of a CCHT certification, basic computer skills (MS Word/Outlook), and the ability to work autonomously in a start-up-like environment while contributing to a patient-focused care plan.
