Job Summary
Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care by monitoring patients before, during, and after treatment. Set up and maintain dialysis equipment while recording vital signs and patient data. Educate patients on treatment and kidney health, collaborating with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members. Work long shifts on your feet under RN supervision at multiple outpatient clinics in the Spokane region. Float between local sites as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Accredited High School diploma, general education development (GED) credential, or equivalent
- Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
- Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
- Willing to float between local clinics if needed
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Strong attention to detail
- Helping customers gives you energy
- Get charged up by interacting with others
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license

Desired Qualifications
