Job Summary
Deliver hands-on dialysis care in a hospital setting. Provide one-on-one dialysis care to patients with kidney disease; monitor vital signs, set up dialysis machines, observe treatment; support patients physically and emotionally; educate patients on dialysis-related topics; collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members. Requirements include Accredited HS diploma or GED, CCHT and/or BONENT certification, comfort with blood and needles, willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and ability to float between facilities. Prior healthcare experience (e.g., CNA, MA, Phlebotomy, CHT, BONENT) is a plus. Paid training and full benefits are offered; COVID-19 vaccination is required by hospitals in this program. Required Qualifications
