Job Summary
Patient Care Technician (PCT) in an outpatient dialysis clinic under RN supervision. Deliver direct, hands-on dialysis care, monitor patients before/during/after treatment, set up and maintain dialysis equipment, record vital signs and patient data, educate patients on treatment and kidney health, and collaborate with nurses and other care team members. Preferred credentials include CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience.
Required Qualifications
- Accredited High School diploma, GED credential, or equivalent
- Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
- Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
- Willing to float between local clinics if needed
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
