Job Summary
Patient Care Technician (PCT) in an outpatient dialysis clinic. Provide direct, hands-on dialysis care under RN supervision, monitor and document patient data, educate patients on treatment and kidney health, and collaborate with nurses and other care team members. Requires HS diploma or GED, comfort with blood/needles/equipment, ability to work long shifts, willingness to float between local clinics, and a flexible schedule; CNA/MA/CHT/phlebotomy or healthcare experience preferred. Open to candidates who will support patients through life-sustaining dialysis and help maintain safe, hygienic care in a team-based environment.
Required Qualifications
- Accredited High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
- Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
- Willing to float between local clinics if needed
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience
