Job Summary
Deliver direct, hands-on dialysis care under RN supervision in an outpatient clinic for patients with end-stage renal disease. Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining dialysis equipment, monitoring patients before/during/after treatment, recording vital signs and patient data, educating patients on treatment and kidney health, and collaborating with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members. Preferred certifications include CNA, MA, CHT, and phlebotomy; or healthcare experience. Required Qualifications
- Accredited High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
- Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
- Willing to float between local clinics if needed
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
