Job Summary
Provide direct, hands-on dialysis care for patients with end-stage renal disease in outpatient clinics under RN supervision. Duties include setting up and maintaining dialysis equipment, delivering safe and compassionate care, monitoring patients before, during, and after treatment, recording vital signs and patient data, educating patients on treatment and kidney health, and collaborating with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and the care team. Must have an accredited high school diploma or GED, be comfortable around blood and medical equipment, and be physically able to work long shifts. Willingness to float between local clinics, and a flexible schedule is required. Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience.
