Job Summary
Provide direct, hands-on dialysis care under RN supervision for patients with end-stage renal disease in outpatient clinics. Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis treatment; monitor patients before, during, and after treatment; set up and maintain dialysis equipment; record vital signs and patient data; educate patients on treatment and kidney health; collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members. Strong preference for CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification or healthcare experience. Open to flexible, rotating schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Paid training with benefits and career development opportunities. Competitive wage range: $18.00-$27.50 per hour, annualized to $37,440-$57,200 depending on qualifications and experience.
Required Qualifications
- Accredited High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
- Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
- Willing to float between local clinics if needed
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
