Job Summary
Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care by monitoring patients before, during, and after treatment. Set up and maintain dialysis equipment while recording vital signs and patient data. Educate patients on treatment and kidney health, collaborating with nurses, dietitians, and social workers under RN supervision. Requires a high school diploma or GED, comfort with needles and blood, and physical stamina for long shifts on your feet. Schedule includes early mornings, Saturdays, and holidays. Paid training and ongoing education are provided.
Required Qualifications
- Accredited High School diploma, general education development (GED) credential, or equivalent
- Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
- Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
- Willing to float between local clinics if needed
- Flexible schedule including early mornings, long shifts, Saturdays, and holidays
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Strong attention to detail
- Helping customers gives you energy
- Get charged up by interacting with others
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
