Job Summary
Deliver safe, hygienic dialysis care under RN supervision for patients with end-stage renal disease in outpatient clinics; monitor patients before, during, and after treatment; set up and maintain dialysis equipment; record vital signs and patient data; educate patients on treatment and kidney health; collaborate with the care team.
Required Qualifications
- Accredited High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
- Willing to float between local clinics if needed
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
- Knowledge of dialysis care and patient education (preferred)
- Ability to monitor and record vital signs and patient data
- Collaborative teamwork with RN, nurses, dietitians, social workers
