Job Summary
As a Patient Care Technician (PCT) at DaVita, you will provide direct, hands-on care to patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic under RN supervision. Responsibilities include delivering safe and hygienic dialysis care, monitoring patients before, during, and after treatment, setting up and maintaining dialysis equipment, recording vital signs and patient data, and educating patients on treatment and kidney health. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and be comfortable working with medical equipment and long shifts. The position requires flexibility and a willingness to float between clinics, and preferred qualifications include certifications like CNA or phlebotomy.
Required Qualifications

- Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
- Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
- Willing to float between local clinics if needed
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
