Job Summary
Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. Provide direct, hands-on dialysis care under RN supervision. Responsibilities include delivering safe, hygienic and compassionate dialysis care, monitoring patients before, during, and after treatment, setting up and maintaining dialysis equipment, recording vital signs and patient data, educating patients on treatment and kidney health, and collaborating with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members. Requirements include an Accredited High School diploma, GED credential, or equivalent; comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment; physically able to work long shifts; flexibility to float between local clinics. Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience. The role offers paid training, full benefits, 401(k) match, PTO, and career development programs.
