Patient Care Technician

Provide direct, hands-on dialysis care under RN supervision for patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient clinic. Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining dialysis equipment, delivering hygienic and compassionate care, monitoring patients before, during, and after treatment, recording vital signs and patient data, and educating patients on treatment and kidney health. Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members. Preferred certifications include CNA, MA, CHT, or phlebotomy experience; flexible scheduling including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
