Job Summary
Provide direct, hands-on dialysis care for patients with end-stage renal disease under RN supervision. Set up and maintain dialysis equipment, monitor patients before, during, and after treatment, record vital signs and patient data, educate patients on treatment and kidney health, and collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members. Report to be part of an outpatient dialysis clinic team with paid training and a comprehensive benefits package; position may require floating between local clinics and a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
- Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
- Willing to float between local clinics if needed
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
