Job Summary
DaVita is seeking a Patient Care Technician to provide direct care for patients undergoing dialysis treatment. This role involves monitoring patients, setting up and maintaining dialysis equipment, recording vital signs, and educating patients on treatment and kidney health. Candidates must have an accredited high school diploma or equivalent, be comfortable with medical equipment, and have a flexible schedule. Preferred certifications include CNA, MA, CHT, or phlebotomy. Full training and benefits are provided.
Required Qualifications
- Accredited High School diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
- Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
- Willing to float between local clinics if needed
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- CNA certification
- MA certification
- CHT certification
- Phlebotomy certification
- Healthcare experience
