Job Summary
Provide direct dialysis care under RN supervision in an outpatient dialysis clinic. Tasks include monitoring patients before, during, and after treatment; setting up and maintaining dialysis equipment; recording vital signs and patient data; educating patients on treatment and kidney health; and collaborating with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members. Requires a high school diploma or GED, comfort with blood/needles/medical equipment, physical stamina for long shifts, and flexibility to float between local clinics; preferred certifications in CNA/MA/CHT/phlebotomy or healthcare experience. Required Qualifications
- Accredited High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
- Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
- Willing to float between local clinics if needed
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
