Job Summary
Deliver direct, hands-on dialysis care under RN supervision to patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. Responsibilities include monitoring patients before, during, and after treatment; setting up and maintaining dialysis equipment; recording vital signs and patient data; educating patients on treatment and kidney health; and collaborating with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members. Preferred certifications/experience include CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy or healthcare experience. Required Qualifications
- Accredited High School diploma, general education development (“GED”) credential, or equivalent
- Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
- Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
- Willing to float between local clinics if needed
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
