Job Summary
Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care to patients in an outpatient setting. Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment; set up and maintain dialysis equipment; record vital signs and patient data; educate patients on treatment and kidney health. Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members. Complete a full-time, fully paid 10-week training program and begin ongoing education and career development opportunities. Must be comfortable around blood and medical equipment and able to work rotating shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior dialysis experience is not required; preferred certifications (e.g., CNA, MA, phlebotomy) are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Accredited High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
- Physically able to work long shifts
- Willing to float between local clinics if needed
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
