Patient Care Technician

Provide direct, hands-on dialysis care under RN supervision in an outpatient clinic. Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment; set up and maintain dialysis equipment; record vital signs and patient data; educate patients on treatment and kidney health; collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members. Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays; comfortable working in a healthcare environment with exposure to needles and medical equipment; prior healthcare experience or certifications (e.g., CNA/MA/CHT/phlebotomy) preferred.
