Job Summary
Provide safe, hygienic dialysis care to patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient clinic under RN supervision. Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining dialysis equipment, monitoring patients before, during, and after treatment, recording vital signs and patient data, educating patients on treatment and kidney health, and collaborating with nurses and other care team members.
Required Qualifications
- Accredited High School diploma, GED credential, or equivalent
- Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
- Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
- Willing to float between local clinics if needed
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience
