Job Summary
Provide direct, hands-on dialysis care under RN supervision in an outpatient dialysis clinic. Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment; set up and maintain dialysis equipment; record vital signs and patient data; educate patients on treatment and kidney health. Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members. Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays; willingness to float between local clinics as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Accredited High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
- Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
- Willing to float between local clinics if needed
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience
