Job Summary
Provide direct dialysis care under RN supervision in an outpatient dialysis clinic. Set up and monitor dialysis equipment, record vital signs and patient data, and educate patients on treatment and kidney health. Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other members of the care team to ensure compassionate, safe care for patients with end-stage renal disease. Requires an accredited high school diploma or GED or equivalent; comfortable around blood and needles; physically able to work long shifts; willingness to float between local clinics. Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Preferred certifications or healthcare experience include CNA, MA, CHT, or phlebotomy.
