Job Summary

Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care by monitoring patients before, during, and after treatment, setting up and maintaining equipment, and recording vital signs. Educate patients on treatment protocols and kidney health while collaborating with nurses, dietitians, and social workers. Provide direct, hands-on support under RN supervision in an outpatient dialysis clinic. Requires a high school diploma or GED, comfort with needles and blood, and physical stamina for long shifts on your feet. Flexible schedule includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays; willingness to float between local clinics is needed.

Required Qualifications

Accredited High School diploma, general education development (GED) credential, or equivalent
Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
Willing to float between local clinics if needed
