Job Summary
Provide direct, hands-on dialysis care under RN supervision to patients with end-stage renal disease in outpatient clinics. Responsibilities include monitoring patients before, during, and after treatment; setting up and maintaining dialysis equipment; recording vital signs and patient data; educating patients on treatment and kidney health; and collaborating with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT)
- Accredited High School diploma, GED credential, or equivalent
- Willingness to float between local clinics as needed
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
- Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
