Patient Care Technician

Deliver direct, hands-on dialysis care under RN supervision for patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient clinic. Responsibilities include monitoring patients before, during, and after treatment; setting up and maintaining dialysis equipment; recording vital signs and patient data; educating patients on treatment and kidney health; and collaborating with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent), comfort around blood and needles, physical ability to work long shifts, and willingness to float between local clinics if needed. Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Preferred certifications or healthcare experience include CNA, MA, CHT, or phlebotomy.
