Job Summary
Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care by monitoring patients before, during, and after treatment. Set up and maintain dialysis equipment while recording vital signs and patient data. Educate patients on treatment and kidney health, collaborating with nurses, dietitians, and social workers under RN supervision. Provide direct, hands-on support for patients with end-stage renal disease in outpatient settings. Float between local clinics as needed to support regional clinics. Requires a high school diploma or GED, comfort with blood and needles, and ability to work long shifts on feet. Schedule includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Accredited High School diploma, general education development (GED) credential, or equivalent
- Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
- Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
- Willing to float between local clinics if needed
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Strong attention to detail

- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license
