Job Summary
Provide direct, hands-on dialysis care under RN supervision to patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care; monitor patients before, during, and after treatment; set up and maintain dialysis equipment; record vital signs and patient data; educate patients on treatment and kidney health; collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members. Requires comfort around blood, needles, and medical equipment; physical ability to work long shifts on your feet; flexibility to float between local clinics if needed. Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience. #LI-DH3
