Job Summary
Deliver safe, hygienic dialysis care to outpatients under RN supervision; monitor patients before, during, and after treatment; set up and maintain dialysis equipment; record vital signs and patient data; educate patients on treatment and kidney health; collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members. Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience. Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Accredited High School diploma, general education development (“GED”) credential, or equivalent
- Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
- Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
- Willing to float between local clinics if needed
