Job Summary
Provide direct, hands-on dialysis care under RN supervision in an outpatient setting. Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care; monitor patients before, during, and after treatment; set up and maintain dialysis equipment; record vital signs and patient data; educate patients on treatment and kidney health; collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members.
Required Qualifications
- Accredited High School diploma, GED or equivalent
- Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
- physically able to work long shifts on your feet
- flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience
