Job Summary
As a Patient Care Technician (PCT) at DaVita, you will support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic by providing direct hands-on care under RN supervision. Responsibilities include delivering safe dialysis care, monitoring patients during treatment, setting up dialysis equipment, recording patient data, and educating patients on kidney health. Candidates must have an accredited high school diploma or GED, be comfortable with medical procedures, and possess a flexible schedule to accommodate shift variations.
