Job Summary
Direct patient care as a Patient Care Technician in an outpatient dialysis center. Spend the majority of the day with patients, monitor vitals and hemodialysis machine setup before, during, and after treatment, educate patients on kidney dialysis topics, and collaborate with a cross-functional team under RN supervision. No prior dialysis experience required; comprehensive paid training with potential to float across clinics within the territory. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and comfort around blood and needles. Training pathways and career progression opportunities (e.g., to RN via the Clinical Ladders program) are available, along with a broad benefits package.
