Job Summary
Performs treatments and patient care in the CVICU under the direction of a registered nurse, ensuring age-, mobility-, acuity-, and culture-appropriate care. Maintains a clean and safe environment, adheres to isolation guidelines and safety regulations, documents procedures, and communicates effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team. Participates in performance improvement activities and supports quality standards; demonstrates a desire to learn and upgrade skills continuously; works as part of a team to deliver holistic care in a faith-based hospital setting.
Required Qualifications
- High School Grad or Equiv
- 1+ applicable PCT experience [Preferred]
- Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
- Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) [Required] OR Certified Patient Care Technician/Assistant (CPCT/A) [Required] OR Emergency Medical Tech Cert (EMT) [Required]
