Job Summary
Assist patients with personal hygiene, mobility, and feeding while monitoring vital signs and documenting intake/output, weight, and blood glucose readings. Report changes in patient condition promptly to the RN/LPN and support admission, transfer, and discharge processes. Maintain a therapeutic environment by performing housekeeping tasks, ensuring safety, and operating equipment such as glucose meters and lifts. Work full-time nights (7p-7a) with a BLS certification required within 30 days. Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate General Studies, upon hire
- High School GED General Studies, upon hire
- Basic Life Support - CPR, within 30 Days
- Full time NIGHTS (7p-7a)
