Job Summary
Provide clinical support as a Patient Care Tech (PCT) and Health Unit Coordinator (HUC). Support the patient care team with basic duties such as toileting, bathing, mobility, admission/discharge/transfer, and telemetry as assigned; handle unit coordination, clerical tasks, transcribe orders, greet and assist patients/families, and operate electronic medical records. Requires CNA certification and BLS; strong communication, teamwork, and ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, moving patients, standing for extended periods); on-site PRN shifts at Delta Community Hospital in Utah.
Required Qualifications
- Current Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
- Demonstrated basic computer literacy skills.
- CNA certification must be obtained within 120 days of hire.
- Completion of a recent Certified Nursing Assistant Training Program.
