Job Summary
Provide routine and professional patient care under supervision; assist medical staff with patient care, unbagging/bagging equipment, prepare post-op kits, direct doctors and patients to appropriate rooms, sterilize instruments, set up patients for required testing, perform visual fields, maintain supplies, and keep front and back waiting rooms orderly. Requires completion of a patient care tech program (preferred), minimum six months related experience, and BLS certification; on-site, full-time role in Wilmington, NC.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a Patient care tech program preferred
- at least six months prior related experience in assisting with care of patients
- Current American Heart Assn. BLS certificate Required
