Job Summary
Patient Care Tech (PCT) provides delegated nursing-support functions under a Nurse supervision to meet health, safety, and comfort needs of patients. Responsibilities include assisting with patient care as part of the patient care team, ensuring compliance with hospital standards and policies, and utilizing strong communication, organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills. Must have BLS certification from AHA/ARC (online certification not acceptable); preferred related health-field education (e.g., medical assistant program, EMT). Required Qualifications
