Patient Care Tech (PCT) - Float Pool

Prepare hospital rooms for new admissions and anticipate patient needs to ensure an orderly, comfortable environment. Perform patient rounding according to unit-specific guidelines while responding to requests in a timely manner. Provide intentional, patient-focused care that includes emotional support and demonstrates cultural competence. Work under the direction of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse within a secure department with medication access.
