Patient Care Tech - PACU, Surgical Services

Assist patients of all ages with comfort, activities of daily living, clinical procedures, transport, safety needs, and blood sample collection per established protocols. Communicate timely with team members regarding patient progress, needs, and problems while maintaining departmental policies, performance improvement, and infection control standards. Operate as a member of a multidisciplinary patient care team, demonstrating population-specific competencies including cultural sensitivity and patient-centered communication. This role requires one year of phlebotomy experience or equivalent allied health background, BCLS certification upon hire, and a CNA is preferred.
