Patient Care Tech (Nursing Student)

Job Summary
Provide delegated patient care services under the supervision of a Nurse in an inpatient rehab hospital, contributing to patients' health, safety, and comfort. The Patient Care Tech supports the patient care team with various duties as outlined by hospital standards and regulatory requirements. Candidates must be nursing students currently enrolled, with BLS certification, and possess strong communication, organizational, time management, prioritization, analytical and detail-oriented skills. Shift options include Full Time Days or PRN, and the role offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.
Required Qualifications
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross (online certification not acceptable)
- Must be currently enrolled in nursing school
- Previous patient care experience (desirable)
- Completion of education in a related health field (medical assistant program, EMT certification, etc.)
