Patient Care Tech II-PRN

Provide patient care as a Patient Care Technician under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, performing multi-skilled activities to support patient-centered care. Responsibilities include measuring and documenting vital signs, identifying patient concerns and reporting them to colleagues, assisting with moving, turning, or relocating patients for comfort and medical needs, and maintaining effective communication with the Care Team Members and Nurse Manager. The role requires patience, empathy, and strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under supervision within a hospital setting.
