Patient Care Tech - ICU, PRN, Nights

Provide patient care and assessments for individuals from birth through the lifecycle, including mobility assistance, feeding, oral care, bathing, and glucose checks. Document vital signs and treatments in the EMR while communicating changes to the primary nurse. Respond to call lights and fall alarms, and assist with admission and discharge processes. Reinforce patient education provided by licensed staff and act as a Unit Secretary for clerical tasks if applicable. Maintain skin integrity through patient turning and purposeful rounding while functioning independently with appropriate equipment.
