Patient Care Tech, HW Outpatient Clinic, P/T, FTE .4

Welcome, room, and assist patients with their health care needs under the supervision of nursing staff, medical assistants, providers, and clinic leadership. Support the receptionist team in managing clinic operations while adhering to safety protocols for exposure to communicable diseases and blood or body fluids. Perform medium physical exertion, including standing and walking for several hours daily, while documenting care in patient records using applicable computer software. Manage multiple priorities and decisions under pressure across all age groups served, from neonates to geriatric patients, in a professional environment focused on patient-first decision making and servant leadership.
