Patient Care Tech - Full Time Night Shift

Performs a variety of clinical/patient care related functions under the direction of the clinical RN or physician that provide support to patients and staff, including collecting/transports specimens, obtaining 12-lead EKGs, catheter care, bladder scans, point-of-care testing, assisting with personal hygiene/nutrition, hourly patient rounding, documenting care data, ambulation/positioning, ensuring patient safety, and supporting with post-mortem care. Participates in learning and training, contributes to performance improvement, maintains a safe care environment, and handles admissions/processes in EMR. Requires High school diploma or equivalent, CNA certification or nursing-student clinical rotation, and BLS.
