Patient Care Tech/CNA

Certified Nurse’s Aide (CNA) to provide direct, individualized personal care to patients under supervision of a licensed nurse; reports to charge nurse; location Meade District Hospital; shift 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Responsibilities include meeting attendance and punctuality standards, following dress code, attending monthly department meetings and All-Staff in-service programs, treating residents, families, and co-workers with respect and courtesy, completing mandatory education requirements (e.g., CareLearning courses), following all policies and procedures and Standards of Behavior, functioning independently with flexibility, integrity, and professionalism, helping other CNAs even when not assigned to the same hall, with additional responsibilities to be discussed when hired. Must hold an active CNA certification and be in good standing with the State of Kansas.
