Job Summary
Patient Care Technician (PCT) provides direct care to behavioral health patients under RN direction, ensuring unit safety and addressing environmental and patient safety concerns. The role involves in-person patient care, crisis support, and adherence to multi-disciplinary treatment plans within Arizona facilities, with opportunities for growth and ongoing training; requires a high school diploma or GED and healthcare exposure, with preferred associate degree or higher.
Required Qualifications
