Job Summary
Aid with patient movement and placement, assist with personal care and activities of daily living, and report findings regarding physical, mental, and emotional conditions to nursing staff while documenting necessary records. Maintain patient rooms and medical equipment to ensure cleanliness and order. This role requires a Certified Nursing Assistant credential from Wisconsin and BLS certification, with a full-time night schedule of 36 hours per week including weekend and holiday rotation. Required Qualifications
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted
- Certified Nursing Assistant credentialed from the state of Wisconsin
- Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry with eligibility to work within a hospital setting obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience
