Job Summary
Provide leadership and oversight for the Patient Access staff, ensuring high-quality service, operational efficiency, and attainment of departmental goals. Responsible for staff supervision, training, performance monitoring, and quality improvement initiatives while partnering with Clinic Operations Managers to support daily clinic operations, optimize workflows, and enhance patient experience. Serve as a key resource for staff development, problem resolution, and continuous process improvement to ensure exceptional patient access services and organizational success.
Required Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Previous supervisory experience required
- Minimum two years of medical office experience
- Experience with training and evaluating staff
- Experience in high volume call center or customer service preferred
